Blue If you need treys and assists and can spare the blocks I think it is a good move. Hardaway is probably a better overall player as well although you will run the risk of his knee injury flaring up - but in this case Bradley is injury prone too and sometimes doesn't get the playing time. 1/26/00 I have made the following trade proposals... no replies yet, but tell me what you think...to one guy I offered Lindsay Hunter for Elden Campbell...to another guy I offered Bryon Russell and Lindsay Hunter for Elton Brand... if he doesn't take that, I'll offer Bryon Russell and Doug Christie for Brand... and finally would offer Hunter and Christie for Brand.... If he doesn't take any of those... I am going to offer Hunter for Sabonis straight up....Remember, I am strong in assists... steals... very strong in 3's... I'm ok in blocks, and very good in turnovers.... but struggle in scoring and rebounding... Brand, Sabonis, or Campbell would help me if I used them to replace Hunter... right? Kevin Would be nice if you could swing that deal for Brand. Hunter has been inconsistent lately so I would rely on his decent season averages when negotiating. I would think the guy would take the Christie and Hunter deal. They are both decent players. You could then try for a free agent to help in the categories you gave up ground in. I would be a little less excited about Sabonis since he is not going to help in the points dept and sometimes is injured. 1/26/00 I have just found this page and I must say that in is very informative to me. I am in a 13 team league that is scored based on FG%, FT%, Points, Reb, assists, Blocks, and steals. Our goal was to improve in assists, and steals. Our first trade we did was a week ago in which we gave up Miller and Fieck for Stockton and Carlos Rodgers. After a few games we then traded Stockton, Mason, McKie and our 4th waiver pick for Payton, Malik Sealy, and Andrew Declerq. So overall we gave up Miller, Fieck, Mason, McKie, and our 4th waiver pick for Payton, Sealy, Andrew Declerq, and Carlos Rodgers. Tell me what you think. Sounds like you are in a deep league. You should improve your assists with Payton on your team. Tough to analyze a trade with so many players but the key elements are Miller and Payton. This is a general question but it seems as if you could use an improvement in your guards although Penny is improving. Maxwell will eventually come back and may hurt Barry, and Anderson, though he is hot right now, has not been consistent this year. What is your opinion?? Thank you for all of your help this year!! Barry just missed a game with a concussion. If both were healthy would take Barry. Assuming Barry comes back soon he is a better bet - would not worry about Maxwell right now. 1/28/00 What's with the recent success of Matt Bullard? In 3 of his last 4 games (today is 1/29), he has had 3 or more 3 pointers per game (3, 4, 6). I know he won't keep doing this, but what do you think the future will entail? I know that time is pretty spread out amongst Magic players, so this question baffles me. Thanks. Red Although you would think that a player like Mercer would be able to dominate the scoring for the Magic given their lack of offensive talent, I doubt he will be given the opportunity to be on the court long enough to do so. He averaged 38 mpg in Denver, I doubt he will break 35 min in Orlando. I see a lower fantasy value for him. 2/5/00 With the talk of trading Tony Kukoc to Portland, I'm worried he will lose significant playing time if the deal were in fact made. There's possibly a chance I could get Tim Hardaway for him. I also have Cedric Ceballos, who could also lose playing time to Dennis Rodman. If the Kukoc trade happens, who in your opinion between the 2 would have more value? Kukoc or Ceballos and would you make a trade for Hardaway? Hope that makes sense.
