Boris Diaw played 33 minutes for the Hawks off the bench.  He had been averaging only 19 for the season.  Diaw had 17 pts (far above his 4.3 ppg averaged for the season), 4 reb, and 4 ast.  The Hawks box score showed Gary Payton as 'enroute'.  The Hawks will apparently buy out Payton's contract enabling him to continue enroute somewhere else. That should allow Diaw to continue to see playing time above his season averaged but it will likely fluctuate.  Realize also he typically won't score this much but does have the abilities to touch in all the categories.

Predrag Drobnjak played 32 minutes whereas his season average is 22 minutes.  He had 19 pts, 4 reb, and 1 trey.  Tom Gugliotta was 'enroute' also and I am not sure if he will ever play for the Hawks.  The Hawks started Harrington and Josh Smith at forward and Josh Childress at shooting guard.  Drobnjak could see regular minutes to give the Hawks some more size and since Obinna Okezie, the 'starting' center, is not very productive - not sure why he starts.

Delonte West followed a career high game of 17 points to play 38 minutes for the Celtics and have 16 pts, 7 reb, 2 st, and 1 bl.  There is a chance that Payton may return to the Celtics and put in end to his spurt in fantasy value but until then he is worth adding to your team if available.

On a personal note, I am glad to see Walker back on the Celtics.  I used to really dislike him (the wiggle and all) when he was with the Celtics and after he left I kind of missed disliking him as I did not see him play much.  I look forward to being annoyed by him once again when he plays the Sixers.

Brian Cardinal had 28 points on 10-20 FG including 5 treys, and 3 steals.  This comes with James Posey back in the lineup.  His playing time has surged recently and is worth free agent consideration.

Jiri Welsch had 3 fouls in 5 minutes in his debut for the Cavs.

Gerald Wallace has had some healthy stat lines for the Bobcats recently including 23 pts, 3 st, and 2 bl last night.  While a crummy FT shooter typically, he can get a lot of blocks from the guard position similar to Josh Smith of Atlanta.
