When you sign up on HoopsKlyce, personal information is collected about you such as your name, e-mail address, and telephone number. When personal information is being collected, you will know because you fill out a HoopsKlyce order form and submit.

If you are a HoopsKlyce member, we will not sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use any information that specifically identifies you.

Account-Related Email: HoopsKlyce may send you e-mails relating to your account. These may include emailed reports that you ordered, email notifications, order confirmations, and credit card problem notifications.

Email Promotional Newsletters: HoopsKlyce sends email newsletters which will inform you of HoopsKlyce services. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter you can simply follow the 'unsubscribe' instructions located near the bottom of each newsletter.

Except by way of acquisition, asset purchase agreement, or merger, HoopsKlyce will not sell, not rent, not swap, or not authorize any third party to use an email address of a HoopsKlyce member

Security and Passwords:
HoopsKlyce maintains a secure process to collect, transmit, and store your personal information. You are urged to keep your password in a safe place and to not divulge it to anyone.
